Identify the covering before choosing a method
A close-up photo helps us identify smooth or textured surfaces. Include the brand if known, the condition of the covering, and any seams or padded walls you want assessed. We adapt brushes and methods to the agreed surfaces and applicable instructions.
What brushing adds
Textured surfaces can make soil harder to remove with a quick mop pass. Smooth mats can retain residue too. Our equipment uses mechanical brushing and recovers dirty water. Soft brushes designed for carpets allow us to tailor the approach to the covering.
Correct dilution is part of the job
Adding extra product is not a cleaning method in itself. We prepare dilutions using precise measuring tools. A product must suit the surface and be used according to its label, including the required contact time. Brushing and disinfection perform complementary roles.
Prepare a visit in Laval
Send the area, photos and a time slot without classes. Usually allow around 45 to 90 minutes for drying after cleaning, depending on conditions. We can discuss a one-time service or regular visits, with monthly payments under the terms of your quote.
